Reddit’s first live show is a Photoshop competition

Reddit works with Adobe as part of his encouragement to original content. First the first live performance is a series of comedy competition called PSATTLES LIVE, which will flow in sigrreddit r / pstatleslive every Sunday.

Shrell Star Patti Harrison Hosts PSBendles Live, which will flow at 3pm ET every day. Moderator will challenge the community to edit images in creative ways using Photoshop. Broadcasting will highlight several entries and encourage community members to choose their favorites. Comedian panels will comment on creations.

There seems to be no real world real prize for contested. According to Reddit, those who participate will produce “points, community awards and the glory of the Internet” – so quite a lot of what they get to share strange, wild and funny photoshopped images on reddit. However, this is a neat way to shine on Reddit user creativity. Reddit and Adobe launched this series to mark a 10-year anniversary of the R / PHOTOSHOPATTLES subreddit, which has more than 17.4 million members.

“Reddit users contribute more than 110k of original artwork on the platform every month and R / Photoshop battle is one of our most passionate examples of communities gathering to make and collaborate on shared passion, which is what our platform is,” said Head of Marketing Reddit Roxy Young. “PSBattles Live is not only a celebration of one of our most loved Reddit communities, this is the latest profound experience of our old partners in Adobe.”
