Here’s everything Apple announced at its fall Mac event

On Monday, Apple held the second second hardware event and the last possibility. “Unleashed” saw the company spent about an hour talking about updates to the Mac product lineup and music. After the business by-the-numbers it was an iPhone 13 event, Monday’s presentation was a more interesting thing to watch, a portion of a portion for the first significant refresh to MacBook Pro in five years. This is all announced by the company at the event.

MacBook Pro.

Not surprisingly, the redesigned MacBook Pros is the star of the show, and there are many who dismantle between two new models 14 and 16 inches. As expected, both laptops are returns for forms for the MacBook Pro path. Apple has replaced the touch bar with a set of key functions, and added Magsafe, SD card slot and HDMI port. New for both computers is the display of 120Hz promotion. The 14-inch model will run the screen at 3,024 x 1,964, while the 16-inch variant has a panel of 3,456 x 2,234. Each also has an iPhone-style camera notch that is likely to divide.

In addition, you can configure both models with the new M1 Pro and Max Apple chip, stronger (more on them for a while). All new features come at a cost, with a 14-inch base model and a 16-inch base model set to start $ 1,999 and $ 2,499. You can order in front of the second computer, with general availability to follow October 26. Meanwhile, MacOS Monterey will land the day before October 25th.

M1 Pro and M1 Max

At the heart of the Pro Macbook 14 and 16 inches is the new M1 Pro and M1 Max Apple chip. Both 10nm 10-core processor features consist of eight high-performance core and two high efficiency units. Where they differ from each other are in terms of video performance and potential memory. M1 Pro comes with up to 16 GPU cores and can support up to 32GB of RAM with 200 GB / s bandwidth. M1 Max, meanwhile, comes out on 32 graphic core and doubles RAM and memory bandwidth. In practice, Apple claims 70 percent chips are faster than previous SOC M1 and offer 1.7 times performance faster than CPUs that compete from Intel and AMD. They also have to make short works from the updated Final Cut and Logic Suite.

Airpods.

Go to Monday, we sure Apple will update the “basic” airpod. But in addition to pro-like airpods design, we don’t expect them to get many new features. So what we saw today was a surprise. Even though you will not find an ANC on the updated airpod, they include support for spatial audio with dynamic head tracking and adaptive EQ. The latter allows airpod to adjust low and medium audio frequencies in real-time. Other important specifications include IPX4 sweat and waterproof and total battery power up to 30 hours with assistance from the filling case included.

You can pre-order the new Airpods starting today at a price of $ 179. They will begin to send on 26 October. For those who want to save money, Apple has discounted a second generation airpods for $ 129.
